Yes, you can create a wishlist and save products for later purchase. Simply click the “Add to Wishlist” button on any product page.
Product availability is indicated on the product page. If a product is in stock, you will see a “Add to Cart” button. If it’s out of stock, you may see a notification or the option to be notified when it’s back in stock.
No, you will need to log in to your HCI account to make the purchase.

Yes, all transactions are processed through Stripe’s secure gateway. Every transaction is encrypted and protected against unauthorized access.
If your payment fails, you will be notified and given the option to try again. Please ensure that your payment information is correct and that you have sufficient funds in your account.

Order & Returns

All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds; however, we are happy to provide an exchange if your item is found to be faulty or damaged upon receipt. Please report any issues within 3 days of collection to qualify for an exchange.
Yes, you can exchange an item if the item is faulty. 

Orders

Placing an order is simple! Browse our catalog, select the product you want, choose the quantity, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout, make payment and confirm your order. You’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after.
Give us about one week to get your order ready! After that, a student representative from the group you bought from will Google Chat you. They will let you know when and where to meet up on campus.
